This 520 m² office, designed for a brand operating in the energy and infrastructure sector, is shaped by neutral tones and raw, brutalist materials that reflect the company’s corporate identity. The design approach aims to create a clean, robust, and function-oriented atmosphere that communicates the brand’s technical expertise and reliability. The open-plan layout strengthens communication and operational efficiency across teams, ensuring fluid circulation between workstation zones, brainstorming areas, meeting rooms, and lounge spaces. Flexible islands and modular furniture support a variety of working scenarios, enhancing adaptability within the workspace. The conveniently located kitchenette and social area functions as a central gathering point where employees can easily access food, take short breaks, and spend time together throughout the day. Overall, the project integrates the brand’s technical rigor with a contemporary design language, resulting in a cohesive working environment that prioritizes functionality while elevating the user experience.
